Its one of the most important part of our life, how we act when troubles comes too us, how we act when something good is hapening to us and many different situation that could happen to us.
Sometimes, our action on the outside is diffrent with the action that our heart want, we struggle not to follow our heart and our mind, to prevent something bad could happen. but its that healthy ?! doing something we actually don't want to do, and we do it with hard feeling ? is that healthy ? for our mind, for our body, and especially for our heart ?!
Understanding people is a good thing to do, but what if we forgot to understand our self too ? we care about people too much, but we forgot about our self. we follow what people want, but we never follow what's in our heart, we be good to others, but we forgot to be good to our self. is that healthy ?? well.. I don't know the answer..
The point is, this life have to be balanced in everything.. not heavier or lighter in one side only.
Feeling is also one of the most thing that can control our act. if our feeling is happy, then we must be acting nice, but if our feeling is sad, we can maybe will act bad to other people around us. But in here, we must learn how to control our self, we must know how to act in every situation. not just following what our feeling wants to do, but we must see if what we're doins is right or wrong ? is it good for us or no ? is it good for other people or no ? thats what we must think before we act. Think well guys ! And Think Smart ! ^_^
